CareArc Offers Free School and Sports Physicals for Stu-dents Throughout August

CareArc is proud to announce it will offer free school and sports physicals for all students in the community throughout the month of August 2025.

This back-to-school campaign aims to reduce financial barriers for families and ensure students are ready to start the academic year and athletic season in good health. The offer is available to all students, regardless of insurance status.

“We know this time of year can be stressful for families, so we’re removing one more hurdle by making sure school and sports physicals are accessible to everyone,” said Renee Hively, CEO at CareArc. “Whether a child has insurance or not, they will not pay anything out of pocket.”

Here’s how it works:

• For insured patients: CareArc will bill the insurance company, but there will be no cost to the patient.
• For uninsured patients: The full cost of the physical will be written off by CareArc—no payment required.

These physicals meet the requirements for most schools, sports teams, and extracurricular activities.

Appointments are strongly encouraged as availability is limited. Immunizations and labs are still regularly priced.
