Tricia Dillingham is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) at CareArc, bringing over 20 years of experience in mental health, social work, and psychiatric nursing to her role. Her approach to care is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
Tricia provides comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic guidance. She supports patients navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Her practice focuses on developing personalized treatment plans that align with each individual’s goals, values, and lifestyle.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University. She earned her associate nursing degree from Neosho County Community College and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas.
Before joining CareArc in 2025, Tricia served as a Nurse Manager at Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center in Lawrence, KS, where she helped open a new inpatient psychiatric facility. Her career also includes psychiatric nursing at KU Medical Center and case management work with community nonprofits. In addition, Tricia served in the Peace Corps from 2007–2009 as an education volunteer in the Dominican Republic.
Originally from Topeka, Tricia has personal ties to the Emporia area and is excited to support behavioral health needs in the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three dogs, foraging for morel mushrooms in the spring, and staying active in local music and civic activities.
