Melissa Jackson

Melissa Jackson is a licensed pharmacist at CareArc with over 30 years of experience in retail pharmacy. She brings a deep commitment to patient education, personalized care, and helping individuals take active steps toward better health.

Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Ferris State University, and throughout her career, has developed expertise in a wide range of pharmacy services, including immunization administration, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and pharmaceutical compounding. She has also served as a preceptor, mentoring pharmacy students and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Driven by a passion for making healthcare more accessible and approachable, Melissa believes in meeting patients where they are and building strong relationships through open communication and trust. She is especially interested in helping individuals understand their medications, manage chronic conditions, and make small, consistent changes that lead to long-term wellness.

Melissa joined CareArc in May 2025, expanding access to pharmacy services for patients in the Emporia area. Her philosophy is simple: “It’s never too late to improve your health.” She encourages patients to take that first step—no matter how small—and work together with their care team to reach their goals.
