CareArc is launching a community diaper drive from Monday, August 18 to Friday, August 22 to collect essential baby items for Shiloh House, a local organization that supports families facing financial hardship.
Donations can be dropped off during business hours at CareArc, 420 W. 15th Ave, Emporia, KS.
The drive is focused on collecting:
All donated items will be delivered to Shiloh House and distributed to families who rely on their services for pregnancy support, parenting resources, and emergency assistance.
“When families are struggling, access to basics like diapers and bottles can become overwhelming,” said Davone Dailey, Maternal Home Visitor at CareArc. “This drive is a small but powerful way for our community to come together and show care for the most vulnerable members of our community—our babies.”
Shiloh House serves families across the Emporia area and sees a consistent need for infant supplies throughout the year. The items collected through the drive will help meet urgent needs for local parents who may not qualify for other forms of assistance.
Community members, local businesses, and organizations are encouraged to participate by dropping off donations throughout the week of the drive. Every contribution helps provide care, comfort, and relief to families in our community.
